Surf Construction Advisors LLC is led by Peter, a seasoned construction professional with over three decades of experience spanning residential home building, luxury renovations, and large-scale commercial development.

Peter's career has taken him from custom home construction in Chicago and Colorado to serving as construction manager on major national retail buildouts — including Aldi grocery stores and strip mall developments across the country.

Now based in Lake Worth, Florida, Surf Construction Advisors provides independent consulting services to homeowners, investors, developers, and contractors who need a trusted expert in their corner — someone who understands construction from the ground up.
